Throw rug pee-er

Hi! I haven't been on the board in a while (don't have much surfin' time any more) but I am having a little problem with my girl and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. Twix is potty trained and has accidents rarely-sometimes in the middle of the night. I have all hard wood floors in my house and I like to use some throw rugs but for some reason Twix thinks those things are grass!!! I have treated the rugs with Natures Miracle and Oxyclean so I assume that the odor from past mistakes are gone. EVERY time I put a rug down she pees on in within 24 hours. I have just gotten to the point that I don't put any rugs down but that isn't what I desire. I also have an area rug that she has peed on several times. Those things are not cheap to replace. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried all the normal potty training things like crating her, tieing her to me, etc, etc. She just seems to like those rugs!! Has anyone ever used those products that are supposed to keep dogs from peeing in certain places and do they work?

By the way, I don't know how long it has been since the board changed but I like the new look.
