The guy looks like he needs some time in jail. Errrrr I hope he gets something out of this besides a slap on the hands. Maybe the beagle will find a forever home with lots of love and understanding too. The poor little thing deserves a lot better than that guy! It makes me so mad when I hear about this kind of treatment. :mad:
