I use straight white vinegar on the spot then wash it up with clear warm water then use my carpet cleaner.Tudox

Tudox, is white vinegar superior to the "pet stain removal" products? I must say, they seem to work, but I do NOT like the smell they leave behind!

I have used it for years even as a housebreaking tool.It smells to but a quick swipe of it the bad boy or girls nose and the bottle of Evil smelling left to sit on the forbidden SPOT always works as a deterrent on my kids when they are either small or New to the house.Tudox
Yep, Vinegar is a terrific odor fighter, too. I first learned about it years ago to recommend to folks who had had a house fire. Half a cup in a load of laundry takes the smoke odor out! Now thats strong. http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/wow.gif
