Resizing help, please!

If I email someone my picture of Buddy I'd my like avatar to be could someone please resize it? I have a Dell computer that you have to purchase the premium Picture Studio in order to resize. Stupid if you ask me but I s'pose a money maker for them. I think I've gotten to to 120x120 through cropping it at PhotoIsland and the saving it after I enhanced it while it was a smaller size for me to pick the ehnacement I wanted.

Or- if you want to know how to do it yourself... :)

Go to Paint (usually installed under accessories), open your saved pic, go to "image", "stretch/skew", and- if your pic IS 120x120, enter 50 and 50 in the horizontal and vertical "stretch" boxes, hit enter.

Now- to check- go to "image", "attributes", and make sure "units" has pixels checked. Now- if the dimensions say 60x60, you're safe to save it! :)

If you need to- you can go back to stretch and skew a few times. Of course- this is NOT the easiest way to go about resizing a photo- but in a pinch, it works! :D
