okay today we went to pets-mart to drop off the foster kittens, and guess what... a guy came in and he had 4 baby female kittens with him.he said that some how his two female cats got out and they wernt spayed  the lady there named maryann asked him if there were anymore and the guy said that he had 4 more males at his house. when he brought them in i was helping this lady out with the other cats that were there before. now he since he said they were from 2 different moms who had babies about a week apart, he got them mixed up. he dosnt even know if the moms are sick or have feline lu..lukimea. and if they do the kittens might have to be put down:crying: but one litter is tortieshell calico, and the others are orange and white, i dont think their tabbys or tiger striped. but their cuite too. so we took two calicos, my sister named one snikers and i name the other one evita. we might get to keep them if they are healthy. so know we have 5 cats, 2 dogs, 2 gerbils and we still foster! welcome to the zoo:yeahfine:

Oh Julie, sounds like my house growing up! My parents were amazed when I moved out here to California how those "strays" stopped showing up at our house. Dad still laughs about it! But the zoo is correct, I think we all have one!

Sometimes two dachsies seems like a zoo (husband looks at me like I'm crazy if I mention the possibility of another pet!). They can sure act like more than two!!:pink::pink:

welcome to your new little kitties!!!!

No wonder you are so involved in animal issues - you live with the rescue zoo!

It is wonderful that your family is so active with it!

Enjoy the new kitties!

Julie, as someone who would've LOVED to have a household "zoo" as a kid- I'm incredibley jealous. ;)

I bet you have a lot of fun with that full house- but I bet it's a lot of work, too! You're getting lots of experience with animals and exposure to the irresponsible things people do to them- that's great!! Congrats on the new kittens. We're going to have to get some pet pictures out of you and your mom one day. :D

I would have loved to have a zoo like that growing up, too, but my mom would only let us have one dog. One time we had a cat for a while, too, but that was it. Maybe that's why I have so many dachsies now! :D
