How do you post a picture?

If any has the time I would love to learn how to post a picture of my furbaby. I thought I was pretty computer litterate but I just can't figure it out. Please teach me:bounce: ! Also if anyone knows how to put my own picture by my profile name I would love to know how to do that too! Thanks so much!:D

There are a list of the free photo hosting sites, but personally I'm using Photobucket.com as my picture hosting site and it's the best of all of them that I have tried! It also gives you the IMG tags right there, so you just have to cut and paste!

That should walk you through how to do it. Failing that, our Brag Book Mods should be able to help as well :)

And for a free host site, there aren't many that are easier than www.photobucket.com

You can have a custom avatar once you've been upgraded to an official member status- when you've completed 30 posts. We'll talk about that then! It usually doens't take long! :D

ps. do you have to do this everytime you submit a post to keep it on there all the time like I see on some peoples when they post? Oh this computer stuff can be so confusing!:(

Hmmm... sounds like you're talking about a signature picture, now. :)

We need to be uber-careful to keep signature pictures small- larger ones can really hurt our dial-up users loading times. Once you've managed regular picture posting, it's easy to hop on over to posting one in your signature. :thumbsup:
