Plot (http://www.sunherald.com/mld/sunherald/9597109.htm)

This was in our local paper. It gave me quite a chuckle. It is refreshing to see an essay that is light hearted!

That's great! Too bad Bush senior didn't think of that when he was in office. He didn't like it either!

That was so cute! My son reads the same books that he's been reading....Mmmm. I wonder if my son could write like that...Nope. No chance there.

Broccoli is ok if kept within the confines of your own home. But when you bring it to work and Nuke it at lunch for so long a time that it's foul smell permeates the hermetically sealed office space everyone has to share.... it should be outlawed!!!

Outlawing most things cooked in the microwave at work should become a law!

Every smell fish cooked in the microwave at work? Trust me, you would know if someone did do that!!! Yuck!

I've also experienced the broccoli thing but fish is definitely worse!

Love the way this child thinks!!

But IMO broccoli could survive--it's the brussel sprouts that need to be destroyed! Even with a heavy layering of velveeta cheese--brussel sprouts yucky taste still comes slinking through :crying:  There is just no kryptonite against brussel sprouts!:circle:

That's funny! On my first day back to school, I had the students write their names on nametags in art class and at least three students spelled their own names wrong (middle school, not kindergarten). I wish I had a child like that in my classes!

Actually, I kind of like broccoli, but I agree, brussels sprouts should die!:fierce:
