I gave my Caddy a Wiggly-Giggly ball for his 2nd birthday this year. This thing drives him totally Crazy! I'm not sure if he loves it or hates it, he doesn't ignore it, that's for sure!
He tries desperately to kill it! Stands on it, biting and chewing on it, and crying in frustration! He won't even let his beloved baby Tazz-Roo touch it! (And he will even allow her to share his food dish!)
He will chase and attack this thing untill he is totally exhausted! The first day he had it, he mauled it for almost 4 hours, with just little breaks to get a quick drink.
Anybody else given one of these thing to their doxie?
Caddy is usually a tug-dog. he lives for a tug-of-war with his rag-bone! But there is something about that Wiggly-Giggly ball...
I'm not sure I'd recommend it to another doxie-owner or not.

Tam & the doxie-bratz! Caddy & Tazz-Roo!

We bought Willie one for Easter and he hates it. Never plays with it at all. We bought the smallest one you can find and he still ignores it. He would rather have a smelly old sock than the wiggly giggly..

My boys have no interest in theirs. I was going to send it off to another member who's blind dachsie loved theirs but then I found out the balls of that vintage had zink disk in them that were a major health risk. If a dog tore apart the bakk and injested one of the disk they could die. They replaced the disk with ones made out of other materail and the current crop of balls are suppose to be safe. I say if it helps to keep you dog fit and trip go for it.
