Daughter needs Rayz

Please send lots og good healing rayz to my oldest Daughter Dawn, in Colorado Springs, CO. As I mentioned earlier she has a small brain tumor pressing on her optic never. As I type she is at the University of Colorado Hopsital undergoing brain surgery to remove the tumor.

My son-in-law just called and there is a minor complication and the surgery wil, now take approximately 7 hours instead of the 4 hours originally planned.

Ken has two weeks off from work so I will be flying out on 7 Oct unless, I ma needed earlier. But is sure is hard being 3,000 miles away.

I will keep all of DBB family update. I know our :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: work. Look how well they did on GOOSMAN.

Sending rays. The CU hospital has a great reputation. Many years ago (perhaps 35) my mom hand surgery on her hand (arthritis) there. The med center campus has grown a great deal since that time. Let us know how things go.

Dawns is out of surgery and doing "well". According to Ken my SIL, the surgery took 7.5 hours and they found 2 beigne tumors. Both were removed without complications. The doctors woke her up enough to test her visit then put her into a drug induced coma until friday. Friday, they will wake her up and do an MRI.

I am planning on going to Colorado on Oct 6th, to stay with her after my SIL goes back to work.

Glad the update sounds positive. Sending more rays for a full recovery. Early October in Colorado you should plan on almost anything weather wise. It could still be shorts weather or it could be snowing.

I'm just reading the message now. I'm so happy everything went well. My own sister Jillian was having her own Brain Surgery just on Thursday this week! She'll be in the hospital another week and then she can't bend over, tie shoes, lift anything etc. for 6 weeks. She has 3 kids under 9. Luckily hubby etc. can help.

Thank goodness the tumours were benign.
