Heidi the Mighty gets a Wabbit

Today, at the park, my little cocktail weenine fo a dachsie (she is 1 year and only 6 lbs.) began frantically digging at the earth. I thought she just wanted to dig, as usual. Then she comes up with this thing that looked like a clump of mud. I said, "Heidi, get htat out of your mouth!" and she started shaking it in her mouth. Low and behold, it was a long time dead rabbit with full fur intact! I was very proud today and i wanted you all to know. [Timber]

Just doing what it was bred to do! Today, on my walk with Timber, I showed him a dead bunny. Little rabbit was left, much less the fur,( I saw mostly bone) and Timber loved it. I had to keep his leash tight so he wouldn't try to grab it!

Now it's time for the Birds In Making, the nasty Toad monsters and those creeping Woodies! I've killed many a woodrat and am currently writing a manual on this engrossing subject (heavy accent on the GROSS). Typing is taking so long b/c I have such fat little feeties- but when I get it published, I'll send you a copy. I would include a chapt. on rabbits- but I've never seen one "in the flesh".
