Okay, I'm cleaning out my 55 gallon aquarium from top to bottom. I had to put all of the fish in pots on the table in order to really clean it out well. I thought the pots were well covered, but apparently some of teh little fishies jumped out. ANd Jakey just couldn't resist!
I caught him with my two year old female swordtail who was about 3 1/2 inches longer...alas, she is no more.
Another swordtail jumped out and Jakey went for her, but Henry jumped in , scooped her up in his mouth (very gently) and brought her to me! Aren't they just darlings when they are being so cute and helpful????
And then, I finally got everyone back in the aquarium...or so I thought! My one of a kind male swordtail is missing...hmmm....I wonder...
I now have three swordatils out of my five...which is amazing considering that the 60 or so guppies all made it, the mollies all made it, and all of my algae and bottome feeders made it.....ah, well....
