I just found one today, so I've gone through all the toy boxes to make sure they are safe. Just wanted to spread the word in case it's been awhile since you've inspected their toys. I think I'm going to throw the surviving toys in the washing machine too.

:( Ruben has eaten all of them. A friend gave the pups a bone toy box for their first birthday, but sadly it's pretty empty. I'd hate to add up what we've spent on toys, and there isn't one he won't destroy. I have a plastic bag in the utility room, full of toys to sew, or give him for a few minutes at a time until they are hopeless. They don't get toys without supervision EVER, not since Ruben learned that he can put both front paws on a toy, and rip it to shreds with his teeth! :devil1: :fierce:

I dont have to worry to much around here. I have 2 big teething rings I bought at Target and then there nylabones.
Kamper will destroy a toy in seconds flat.

I just did that the other day!!! Charlie was taking stuffing out of one toy so I switched it for another. The squeaker inside was just about to come out! You never know if they might decide to chew on it and then choke!!

Mine must be really odd... they don't destroy their toys at all. Scooby has a little stuffed Timone that she's had for 3 years now, since she was 6 weeks old, and it's still in great shape. She carried it around all the time, and chewed on it, very gently, but never tore it. Her pups haven't destroyed any of their toys either, even though they play with them a lot. The only toy that suffered at all was Scooby's noise making pig. She didn't like the hair, so she pulled it off the top of the head, and she removed the ears. All that took her about 5 minutes. After that, she played with it fine, and never did any more damage.
