Wood Eating

[Timber]

Does any of your Dachshunds eat wood? Timber eats sticks and wood chips everyday. Should I be worried?

Mitzi does this also. Lets see so far shes eaten tree roots, twigs, tree limbs, and bushes. She tries to bring the unattached ones in the house. Since we don't let her she has to go outside every 5 minutes or so to make sure they are still there and to chew on the a little while longer. She drives us nuts wanting to go out so often <IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm3.gif" border=0> . Sometimes we give in so we can have some peace.

Maximus also chews sticks.
