Hello all,
It's been a while since I've posted any of Frank's movie reviews but we watched one last night that caused such a reaction we just had to post. I picked up a copy of "Best In Show". I was watching it in bed and had to keep a hand on both boys collars to keep then under control. That's right even Tanner who seldom reacts to the TV was getting into this movie. It was a non-stop bark fest part of the time. When I could get Frank to stop barking he was heavy breathing/panting a lot.
The boys seemed especially alert when Beatrice's owners were on. Frank of course would react to all of the dogs.
Now if you are a serious show person and not ready to laugh at a movie making a little fun of the show circuit then you might want to skip this movie. It's kind of like the old Spinal Tap comedy. Done is a semi documentary style following five dogs and their owners on their way to the Mayflower Dog Show in Philadelphia. They skip any individual breed showings and go straight to best of group and then best of show. The movie is rated PG-13 for language and sex-related material.
