[Dolly's Mom]

I be one stylin' doglet, I am. I look so cute (said with all the modesty a dachshund can muster AND THAT AIN'T MUCH) in my new GO GO purse. Mommy and papa tooked me to the mall this weekend and I got to see lots of new things. Saw lots of little people that thought I was awfully cute (and they were right) and saw big people that had similar thoughts about my cuteness. We went in all the stores and didn't get kicked out of any of them. I kind of blend in, so some peoples didn't even know I was in their store. Why, I even went into VS to help mommy pick out new choners....heee hee. The guy at the calendar shop thought I was just the.....ahem.....cat's meow. Oh, mommy found a beeautiful doxie day calendar for her office for only $3.00. I had sooooo much fun and am ready to go on my next trip with mommy or papa. Hmmmm, since I was so quiet...didn't make a peep and let lots of people pet me....do you think mommy could sneak me off to work with her one day? Thank you Tucker and Auntie Traci for such a nifty snuggly bag. It fits me just right.

Oooh, jealous, want one! I keep seeing those bags in the shops and wonder how the Shelbster would cope in one. Did Maddie not wriggle about? Did you ever see the Dharma and Greg episode when she went to lunch with all the posh ladies with their little dogs in bags and she hoiked up Nunseo (sp?) who is quite big onto the table in HIS little bag!<IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm27.gif" border=0> ...and you could go shopping with her....oh, bliss!

I can just imagine trying to lug Peaches or Farfel around in a "doggy bag!" http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/biggrin.gif I would need one of those overnight bags on rollers and I think the presence of a dog would be obvious to all!
