When we were at the pet store on Saturday I spotted on of those doggie couch beds under the sale table. I pulled it out to take a look at it and Frank and Tanner promptly plopped themselves down on it each using one of the arms to put their front legs on so that they could look out over the store while laying down. Everyone walking buy said it looked like a sold item to them. I put it back under the table while we cruised the store. Checking out the bed isle I saw that they were no longer stocking those beds so when we got to the front of the store I pulled it back out to take another look. The boys promptly climbed back in and claimed it at their own. I did not what appeared like a machine sewn repair to a seam near the base in back but it won't show. The boys came home the proud owners of a new couch. Now all I have to do is rearrange the living room so it fits. The boys are not so keen on sharing it at home but both like to use it individually. I'll have to get some photos to share before too long.

Tom,
That is so Dachshund! "I like it . . . it's mine". http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/lol.gif What a cute picture that will make. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

My 7 year old neice has her own recliner, and now they make doggie couches! Oh my goodness. I have to see it. Take some pictures soon!

How long before the boys will have their own remote, beer and munchies. You better hurry so they can check out the cutie canines at the Westminister Show tonight.

Don't forget Tom, they'll be needing their own phone to call all the cutey pies from Westminster. Dolly is a great seat stealer. Just get up to pop a top and come back and she's taken your place. Should have named her Cecilia.....oh, am I showing my age?

Tom,
My guys had one of those couches. It lasted about 5 months. I came home from work one day and it looked like it had snowed in the kitchen.
They had somehow flipped it over and chewed apart the foam. I am sure Dottie was the ringleader!
It was cute while it lasted! Good luck with yours.

Tom, what a softy you are! Good thing you have four-legged kids, instead of two-! I can just see you at the BMW dealership as your two boys jump into the convertible and look so cute that you just HAVE to buy it for them!!! http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/lol.gif I love those couches! Can't wait for the pix!
