It's difficult to surf the 'net with a dachsie in the house

I'm sitting on the living room floor with the laptop (my usual pose) and Annie is alternating between (a) trying to crawl into my lap and (b) going behind the screen and bumping it with her nose. Now she's lying glumly slightly to the left of the screen, looking persecuted and unloved. How can I explain to her that I can't play with her right now because I'm on the Dachsie Board talking about how much I LOVE her? <IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm35.gif" border=0>

Maybe you could try sitting your laptop on a table and either hold your doxie in your lap while you surf the net, or see if your doxie will sit at your feet with a nice chew toy.

I know it is so hard to type if your pup is in your lap, expecially if your pup is 10 or more lbs...
