Three years ago today Duffy left me to go to the Bridge. I still don't know how I get by without her.

Sweet Duffy- I'll take one of her pictures any old day. She had more expression in that doggie face than many people have in theirs. :hugs1:

:hug2: I know you have to miss her a great deal. It's comforting that they always leave us with great memories. She looks so much like my Bart Bart

Oh, Annie, I know how you feel. Sometimes I miss Pebbles and CC and Bandit so much and it's been 4 years since Pebbles and CC died (within 2 months of each other) and almost 3 years since Bandit died.

Just remember Duffy is waiting for you at the Bridge and watching out for you and Willow Rose every day.

What a cutie, just remember our little :angel1: are waiting for us at the Bridge. My Skipper has been gone a month now and it seems so long, I miss him every day I come home from work , his licks and kisses he would give happy to see me, it hurts. Hopfully it will get better as time goes on. Sending :hugs1:

Duffy knew you would miss her terribly, that was why she sent Willow Rose to you :angel1:

I agree with Pauline... Duffy helped you find Willow - if you hadn't found Willow, she might be someplace where people don't love her as much as you and her daddy do. It is one of those unfair things we have to accept in life, that our dogs don't live very long - but that doesn't make it hurt any less. :hugs1: Hugs to you.

I saw a psychic on Montel Williams' show a few weeks ago. (She is on there all the time, but I don't recall her name.) A girl in the audience asked if her boyfriend who had died ever sent her signs that she is not recognizing. The psychic said that those who have passed often send birds as signs to loved ones.....

The very first day I had Willow my sister said "She looks like a little bird." Willow's first nickname was "Little Bird" :)

had a red and white rubber ball we saved after she went to the Bridge in 1992. We got Amber as a puppy 5 months later... Mom included that with her toys. Well, Amber LOVED that ball - for 12 years she has carried it everywhere and kept careful track of where it goes at all times... we have tried other balls (as this one is disintegrating) with no luck. Amber's ball is sacred. Mom was very sad after she lost Shelly; I am not really a religious person, but something unusual is going on here. :angel1: :angel1:

I agree with Minicooper, and everyone else here. It is a very hard thing to loose a puppy, because you raise them as your children. And you have them for such a long length of time. Duffy was very beautiful, and just know that in your heart she will always be with you. I feel as if Runt, and Grunt sent lady bug and Blue to me, knowing that they are sisters, like they were, and its like, all of the pieces are back together. My daughter is happy, and as is my husband, to have Blue, because Grunt puppy, she was a Daddys girl.I truly hope that you wont think Im too wierd, but my beautifull babies that passed to the bridge, are buried in my flowerbed, under my lilies, and cannas, so that when my flowers bloom, I will think of them. My husband put them there for me, because he didnt want the Vet to put them "anywhere else", except for where they will always belong, at home.
