I need some advice:

Can we wash their toys in the washing machine? Or what is the best way too wash them?

Olana has a favorite toy, her favorite since the first day we brought her home. It's an 88 cents yellow stuffed bone from Wal-Mart. She LOVES to suck on it. (Weird, I know). Thing is, it's gotten FILTHY. The parts she has sucked on are turning colors and some parts are even bloody b/c she is loosing her baby teeth now.

Can I put this in the wash? I was thinking of putting it in a lingerie bag and not using any soap.

Any thoughts?

I finally found the same toy at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago, I was so happy so I bought her three more. But these are orange, not yellow and she doesn't like them as much! (Silly pup!)

Several toys have been in the yard during recent rains and have gotten very, very muddy and nasty. They seem to have survived the washer and dryer (not on hot) just fine. There might be some that would not, but in general, they do really well.

Yep, we put them in the washer, no soap and then put them in the dryer with no heat.

do just fine in the washer and dryer... we have historically washed them on warm, with soap (not an excess amount and no fabric softener). I usually throw them in with the old towels we use for crate bedding.
