Raz's for Sonny

One of my dear friends and a member of DRNA, Barbara, just called and told me her Sonny Boy is in surgery AGAIN for his back. He had emergency surgery for a blown T1-T2 disc on Monday afternoon. Today his condition deteriorate and he is having surgery as I write this. Sonny is a 8 year old miniature, LH Chocolate boy. I am his "Antie Yo" and this is breaking my heart too.

Please every one send furbaby :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: and :pray: :pray: prayers to Sonny and Barbara.

We know that DBB :rayz: :rayz: are special and Barbara needs all the uplifting she can get now.

Barbara just called and Sonny Boy is out of surgery. Dr Griffin said it was the strangest thing and very unusually. Lets see if I can get this right " ... the problem was the piece of fatty tissue used to cushion between the 2 disc ... seems Sonny had a rection to the tissue ... no clot or derbish was found ... there is no reason for Sonny Boy not to have a full recovery .... however they will know more tomorrow after the neurosuregon checks him.

Please keep on sending more :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: Auntie Yo is beside herself with worry. I think I will take drugs and go to bed.

Not much to report he is still not trying to stand.
He did finally eat a McDonalds hambuger today.
No BM
He did finally go pee.

Most importantly his Mommy is headed over to the hospital as I type to bring him home. :cheer: :cheer: I am sure he will do a lot better at home with his fur brothers and sisters.

start to enjoy doing the doxie dango soon. Poor little guy I hate to hear about back problems. But we are thinking positive thoughts and saying some prayers for Sonny Boy and for Barbara and you too. It is so hard to see them go through this stuff. We have crossed fingers and tails over here.

Barbara called me last night. Sonny is now taking a few baby steps and has poo control and it looks like he also has pee control. Yesterday was his first time on the ater treadmill and he did awesome. So please let keep on senidng these good DBB :rayz: :rayz:
