I've read that Macadamia nuts were a no no but didn't know about paralysis. Thank you for posting that info, the book sounds like a keeper. I 'll check it out next time I'm at the book store. :D

Sheesh! I HAD NO CLUE! And nuts are something we love at home and DH LOVES to throw them for Cricket! We usually stick to cashews but your info makes me think I need to be more firm when it comes to any people food...at least until I can research the effects.
