This day last year Hannah went down in her back. What a day that was. I'm so grateful she has made a full recovery. I took this picture last night:

That she made a full recovery.
That has to be the most scariest thing to go through. I pray I never have to go through it again.
:hug2: :hug2: :hug2: sweet girl.

Oh, Mack, I remember feeling my stomach clench when I read that post. I'm so glad that Hannah has made such a great recovery. I'm sure a lot of credit for that goes to her hoodad.

I am so glad that you posted this today. It just makes me feel so lucky to know how much we all care about our doxies. Of course each others too. What a lucky little doxie Hannah is to have you for her Hodad! Thanks for taking such good care of her. She is such a pretty little lady by the way.
Did ya hear the WOOF whistles from my guys in the back checking her out?

Only a year and look at how great she is doing! :cheer: You know what I love about that picture, the way her "toes" are kind of spread out holding onto the kong. I love it when they do that.

That wasn't Hannah who tried to break out of the baby gate. That was a short-term foster I had back in January. I had this strong-as-an-ox, 25-pound doxie boy for about five days. He did not like being penned, as I found out the first night. I came home from work and he had smashed down the gate and was sitting on my couch. But it was obvious he had tried to chew his way through the metal gate first.

Wow a whole year already. It's great she has done so well. I was going to make the same comment about the gate, it sounds like you had one determined (what dachsie isn't :D) in your hands there

Wow, has it been a year already? I guess so. When I joined the board, you were going through all this with her.

Hannah helped me realize that we need to take care of our puppers backs!

Glad she has made a full recovery!! :cheer:
