do you still have them in your digital camera? Are they stored in your computer? If they are on your computer, you can open photobucket and when you click to do a picture upload, you can browse to upload to their web site. Then go to brag book where it tells you how to post pictures once you've uploaded them to a hosting site. Yahoo pictures will not let you post here as far as I know, but photobucket is easy - it tells you about 3 different things to do, depending on where you want to post your piccies - and one gives you a link for message boards like ours!
If you fix your photobucket account to "share pictures", it is easy. You get a screen that shows the url for each photo, then one that has the <img src....ref> and one that has ... that you can copy and paste when you have a reply window open. Even I can do this one! :D
