We went to the Dachsie Meet Up in Markham, Toronto Today.
Casey had fun!

Here are my new friends Bacca and Solow ( Marions dachsie's) Bacca is the Jack Russell.....He was alot of fun to bark at and chase around!!!!!! I know....We are all a blur!!!!! We was chasin' each other!!!!!

Great pics Janet. Another amazing Rob organized event! We took the puppers for a walk around the neighbourhood to the usual accompanying stares and laughs (it's always a laugh to see 30+ dachsies walking in a pack!). The funniest was the group shot - Bacca started barking, Solo joined in and then someone started *howling*. We ended up with this group dachsie howl - including Otto with his head tipped back doing the hound howl at the top of his lungs (okay, Chris and I were howling along in encouragement!).

It's great to see Janet, Doug, Lisa, Rafi and now Marion at these meet ups!

GREAT pics! I'm sorry I missed it, but it's far for us. Oliver would have loved it so much and I would have like to see everyone. :crying: Looks like everyone had fun.

Great pictures Janet!!! They all turned out wonderfully. It was so great that we got to finally meet Marion (she is so NICE) and Solo and Bacca too.

Pogo is usually so shy at those events, I'm thrilled that Marion brought Bacca, because he is the only dog that Pogo enjoyed chasing and barking at....at first I thought he didn't like him, but his tail was a waggin' away and he was having a great time. Pogo has always seemed to enjoy bigger dogs as opposed to ones his size :dunno:, maybe it's because in Pogo's mind he IS a big dog??

We had a great time too...it's always so great when we get to see our DBB friends in person, Janet, J, Marion, and Rob...just sorry that Janet (Oliver's Mom) couldn't make it.

We always like meeting New DBBers at any event! Marion and Mark had their hands full with Bacca (just seemed that ALL the doxie's wanted a piece of him to bark at or chase!) Solo didn't wander far from HooMom (Marion) tho!

Rob and Milo showed us a new trick! Milo caught a ping pong ball in a Baseball cap! Me thinks that Rob should have sent him around collecting money in the hat for that wonderful trick!

I was so impressed with Pogo! :appl: He was getting into the socializing!

Let's not forget about the Up coming Woofstock! We be there!!!!!
Next Dachsie Meet in May will be Outdoors.
And of course Our Rescue Me Walk-a-thon, June 11th!

Hi everyone! Just got my laptop back and had to come straight here to see the pics from Saturday! They are so great - we had a really wonderful time and it was super to meet you Juliette, Rob, Janet & Lisa! We can't wait 'til the next Meetup, hopefully Solo will feel a little braver (though she seemed to come out of her shell when the treats came out :D !) and Bacca is definitely looking forward to another good ol' chase session. You all have such beautiful dachsies, I could watch them playing all day long... :ksmile:
