Getting in trouble

When we have to correct Oscar for doing something he's not supposed to be doing, he looks so sad. Using a really strong voice gets the point across to him that we are not pleased. Right away he wants to get up close to you as if to say 'I'm Sorry'. Any other dachsies do this?

That's not an uncommon reaction. Frank is that way unless he is just to wrapped up in play mode wanting to get his brother to wrestle then he acts like he can't hear a word.
