I have copied this from a post on the Canadian Rescue list. Please sign the guestbook and add a comment that you'd like to see more shows about puppymills.

~~~~~~
IMOM works so hard in their fight against puppymills (they organized the
Washington rally). They are the only organization that I know of that
really takes action to educate the public, so let's show them we
appreciate their efforts.
Please, please sign this petition urging all major talk and (news?)
shows to air stories about puppymills. Think what a difference it could
make.
CROSSPOST this far and wide. IMOM's goal is 50,000 signatures by
October.
Let's make them happy by helping them reach that goal, they deserve it.
Help IMOM help the puppymill dogs. It will only take a minute.
Also, in regards to IMOM... They're flat broke right now. They have no funds to help out dogs in need, so if anyone can help them, or cross post their need, I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated.
I just signed. Only 251 people have so far. I am sure they can use more signatures.
On my way to sign. Will also send a donation. IMOM is SUCH a good cause!
Thanks for the info, Sue and Amy!! <IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm8.gif" border=0>
While signing the petition, I saw that IMOM accepts automatic monthly donations--as little as $5 a month. I've been doing automatic donations with Hearts United for many months now--no glitches. If you'd like to contribute, this is an easy way to do it!
