So excited about tomorrow!

I might sound like a complete spaz, but I'm REALLY excited about the Mid-Atlantic Dachshund Picnic tomorrow in Manassas, VA. It's going to be so much fun to be able to spend the day with other dachsie owners who are as in love with their dogs as I am.

I just had to say that. I get so sick of all the guys I work with joking about me being the "weird dog lady", etc.

Kelly, I am so glad you are excited. This is our 4th annual one and they get bigger and better every year.

However, I will have to say my nerves are frazzled. Helping to pull this event all toghether with the other committee people is a hard job.

We have two hotels with out of town quests, YIPPEE!!!!!

Kelly I am right there with you. I wish i had a dog bone for every time I got called a crazy dog laddy...cuz then I wouldnt need to buy no more bones:)...I got Charlie all groomed up today and then we stoped by the pet store to get some gifts for his four best friends:) I am more than excited...I have been talking/waiting for this since you told me...I am offically, and proudly a crazy dog laddy

I can't wait either! Check out the Miscellaneous section to look at the shirt I made. Nooooo, I'm not excited! :bounce: It's not only the picnic but being able to spend it with good friends from the DBB that makes it such a big deal. None of my other friends understand the dachsie love thing either! Oh well it's their loss!

You GO, Weird Dog Ladies (and Gentlemen)! I wish I could go; it sounds great. The cameras are packed, right? RIGHT??! We'll be looking forward to pictures of dogs and "hoomans."
