Looking for rescue rep in WV

I've been emailing with someone who is looking to adopt a dachsie. She lives in the western panhandle of WV. I told her I would try to find a rep for her. If anyone can help please let me know.

Have your friend fill out an adoption application with DRNA (www.drna.org)and they will assign a rep to work with her. CCDR may do the same thing as well. Kay Blose and Ann Gurka are wonderful to work with.
