Back from Mini Vacation

Hi everyone. We just got back from our mini vacation to Six Flags/Sea World.

The coasters at Six Flags were great. My hubby made me go on the "Superman" first thing when we got to the park yesterday http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/nuts.gif That made me totally weak in the knees http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/silly.gif Thank goodness for Advil.

We went to Sea World today. There was a great Dog/Cat show called "All-Star Mutts". These were all trained dogs, cats, a pig, a boar and ducks. Guess who got the loudest cheer, yep you guessed it, a red smoothie mini doxie named "Penny". After the show, I got to meet her and she was by far the most popular. Unfortunately, the trainer was not very friendly and I got short one word answers when I asked questions....oh well, the doxie kisses made up for it.

I have to commend Sea World...these were all rescued animals who were surrendered by pevious owners. One of the dogs who was very intelligent was surrendered because the former owners said he was "untrainable". Ha! He really showed them.

Willi had a great time at "Grandma's and Pap-Pap's" and the kitties =^..^= had a "Willi break"

Kris, just call me Sherlock Holmes: I can tell, from your travelogue, that you are about half my age. How do I know this, Watson? Because no one MY age could write so happily about going on...GAK!...those giant 'coasters! More power to you, young lady! But Sea World sounds great!

I'll tell you what Pam......

Some of those rides made me feel older after I stumbled off of them. When I was a teen, I was able to go on all of them at least a thousand times from open to close but now once was enough http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/sick.gif
