I was going through some pictures tonight and I came across this one of my youngest, Little Star. He'll be a year old next month but was only 2-weeks old in this picture. Wasn't he a cutie!

I'll start running to the nearest breeder for another baby after that picture. My hubby always gets nervous when I admire another puppy.

Jean- what a beauty! So soft and shiny- I need another baby dachshund.. I'll try to find some baby pics of my two to show off too. I can't wait to get my pics of Silly and Sadie in their lifejackets. They just loved to put them on and walking around so everyone could admire them. What little mugs.

Having never had the pleasure of even seeing a dachsie pup, I just realized what I've been missing. Little Star is gorgeous.

Oooooh, I want another one so bad! Don't get me wrong, I think about all puppies are cute, but dachshund puppies....I think they are by far the CUTEST puppies of all.

When we decided to get Mickey, we went up to the breeders who let us look at Mickey's family. Mommy, and 3 pups. 2 girls already promised to others and then Mickey. He was only 3 weeks old and he was SO small. She let us hold him. I remember he fit in the palm of my hand, from head to tail! He seemed so small and fragile, but I fell in love instantly. How could you not fall in love with a dachsie pup?

Oops! Pressed "submit" too soon. Just wanted to add to the chorus of Awwwwwwwws over those adorable puppies!! I've never had a REAL puppy. Doggerel was almost a year old when I got him, Peaches was six months, Farfie two years.

What a gorgeous looking pup. I have to agree, Dachshunds are the cutest puppies. I know what you mean when you say it makes you want to go out and get another one. My pup is still as gorgeous at 15 as when she was much younger. Just lotsa white on her paws, face and chest.
