I have two sociable pups and would love to find puppies for them to play with. Reply or PM me. Thanks!

I don't know if there is a group near you or not. But you can go onto the www.meetup.com web site and check out dachshunds for your area. Or just google it. We have a small group here but it is growing. To get one going I actually had my friend who doesn't have a doxie say she was coming. But don't tell anyone that. But at the time I was taking 4 doxies myself so I justified it. :D Good luck I hope you find some one close to you.

I"m within about 45 minutes of Seattle or possibly a little more (depending on traffic and the exact location).
My girl is 15 mos old but is pretty reserved, and tends to act more adult than puppy. She goes to daycare and is well socialized but doesn't tend do zoomies - there are a couple of dogs she'll run and play with but not a lot. Small puppies are fine...but Zoey will tell the wild child, run and slide into something, lab pups to leave her alone. Except for one fairly sedate chocolate lab she had bonded with, most of her 'friends' do tend to be the smaller critters.
It might be interesting to get together at some point and see how the critters feel about eachother.

Thank you doxunsX3, but I am already a dues-paying member of the Seattle Dachshund Meetup. We are rhe second largest group with over 250 members. I am looking for something less formal and in addition to meetup. But you do bring up a good point, I should also post this query on that bbs.
Zoeysmom - It might be fun to try, if you are willing. My boys are very playful and loving. And they are used to other dachshunds.
