This is an awesome dip for parties! These measurements make quite a bit so you might want to half it.

2 lbs cream cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 med onion minced
10 jalapeno peppers minced (canned/jar) don't use the seeds!
2 tbsp jalapeno pepper juice
1 lb shrimp, crab or lobster (I use the small frozen salad shrimp)
1 med tomato chopped

Mix all together over low heat until cream cheese is completely dippable!
Serve with Frito's Scoops!

Note: I usually start with 5 peppers and work my way up, taste testing in between. It all depends on how hot you want the dip!

If seafood is invovled - that's a recipe for me! Sounds wonderful and I will be trying it.

Is it spicy with the jalapeno peppers and juice?

I usually cut down on the jalapeno peppers. If you use all 10 it is quite spicy. I would suggest starting with 5, have a little taste test and then add more as desired. I used the jars of peppers that are found on the aisle with the taco shells and such. I guess I should have also said not to put the seeds in!

OMG! that recipe is almost identical to one that DH uses. the only difference is instead of the shrimp/lobster, he uses lump crabmeat and he bakes his (at 350 for 30 mins). I'll have to get him to try this one out too! Thanks.

I've got to bring a snack to the Superbowl party we're going to and this would be great! Thanks for the recipe.
