I can't believe I didn't post this for you guys...I forgot! This is the best dip I've ever tried...we actually eat it just for dinner sometimes (haha...we are obviously not on a diet anymore)
Chicken Wing Dip
1 Package Cream Cheese
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced
1/4-1/2 bottle of Hot Sauce
1 Jar Marie's Bleu Cheese (In the bagged salad isle--it's really good Bleu Cheese!)
1-2 Cups Shredded Cheese of Prefrence (we use cheddar)
Preheat oven to 375. Fry the chicken in butter in skillet until cooked. Turn down heat and add as much hot sauce as you would like. Spread the cream cheese across bottom of 9X13 pan or pie pan, layer chicken & hot sauce, then bleu cheese, then shredded cheese all over the top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling! Eat with tortilla chips...YUM!
