Buck and Oscar have their own crates and they sleep in them at night.
During the day they play and do zoomies free in the house when I can watch them.
If I'm too busy to keep an eye on them when they are free - I put them in an X-pen where they have room to wrestle and play with their toys. They often curl up together and take a nap in their X-pen. They always cuddle very close to each other when they nap. :)

Lucie sleep in her bedroom-crate.
We took the decision before we got her, having a special rescue cat having trouble to trust us and we had no clue how he would react to the new dog. So... during the day we took care of Lucie and at night we spoiled the cat.
Today... Lucie still sleep in her crate while we're under attack in bed by 3 cats :D with the exception of when she's sick.

my daschie hates my bed. he sleeps in his crate and i put his bed in there, that way he won't soil the carpet without my supervision. sometimes if he has been crated long then i let him sleep outsite his crate .

We've tried to teach Nook Nook to sleep with us several times and she makes one awful sleeping partner (liking, sniffing, pawing... to us...sometimes even herself!). Plus, my wife has fibromyalgia and she has trouble sleeping anyway. So, Nook Nook is restricted to the kitchen and sleeps curled-up in front of the refrigerator where she gets heat coming from underneath the refrigerator. Our house isn't usually cold. However, Nook Nook is a mini smooth and is very cold natured. She loves to wear clothes! We keep a peep pad near where she sleeps so we don't have any accidents (we have a huge kitchen and tend to find "presents" left in the corners if there is no pee pad).

I voted "other" because they sleep in different places. Adolph, being the first and only for 2 years naturally got to sleep in the bed with us. Along came Maxx, who knew nuttin about toys, sleeping in the bed bed, or laying in a lap..he always heads for his bed in the laundry room when I call nite-nite time.
Hans was just added to the laundry room with his own bed because I couldn't trust his potty training in the beginning. They have all gotten use to this arrangement so "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Anymore she sleeps in the bed. But she actually sleeps every other night in her crate. So I guess i should have voted other. Oh and on nights she sleeps in the big bed, sometimes she'll get down and sleep on her pillow that is right next to the heating vent. She LOVES the heating vent!!

They all sleep in bed with me. They have their own blankets on also. But Con & Zor both are under mine and snuggle as close as they can get. Ivy likes her own space but will come and snuggle for a little while before she is ready to call it a night and moves to her favorite spot.

Like to sleep underneath the covers right up against me! Blue tells me at night if I am up too late, and in the morning she will kiss me awake, then make her rounds, and then tuck herself back into the bed underneath my covers. Thats pretty funny!
Lady Bug will sleep underneath the covers as well, but now she has started to sleep by Baby Daisy !

Collie and Josie have their own bed that gets shifted from the lounge to my bedroom at night and back again in the morning. From day 1 as 8 week old puppies they were taught that that was their bed. The baby gate is put across my bedroom door so they can't go wandering. They have also learnt that the minute they get out of bed at night, thet get chucked outside so they stay in bed and don't try and wander around. My bed is far too high - neither of them as ever been on it. There is no way we could ever fit two dachsies, a husband and me in that bed. We would never get a decent nights sleep. Plus I would be afraid of the kids jumping off.
I have tried to get Oscar to sleep in the bed with me, and it didn't work out.
He spent one day playing with my aunt's dachshund ALL DAY LONG. He was the most exhausted I had ever seen him. He knows the word "bed", and usually reacts to it, but he didn't that night. I figured it was the perfect opportunity to bring him up with me. So I did, and he slept great.
For about three hours. A little after midnight, he woke up, and started sniffing, and poking, and prodding. Wide awake. I have to get up every day for work at about 4, so after a couple of failed attempts to get him to settle down and go back to sleep, he didn't do it. Back to the crate. For now, anyway. He's only seven months, so he'll get better, I'm sure.
