She's Gone

DRNA's latest :angel2: :angel2: is Dehlia. Such a wonderful little girl she was only with us for 18 days. We had no history on her but was told by the shelter she was an owner turn in and is 17. Her mouth was horrid, she has very bad cataracts with her eyes covered in muscous and she was in severe kidney failure. Dehlia only wanted to be held and to give kisses. I fell in :luv: :luv: with her the first time I saw her. Please say a :pray: :pray: for her tonight.

As I sit here typing this tears are rolling down my cheeks not because Dehlia is gone as she is at the bridge and she knew in her last days she was loved by a very special person who lovingly cared for her. Our hearts are with Dehlia tonight as well as all the others who have been delt the unfair hand that life gave them. It may have taken a while but Dehlia was loved and cared for, if only for a short time at least it was her last memory.
