Featured members: ZILLIONS of 'em!!!

Dear Administrators, this is probably a leftover from the Great Deletion Debacle, but are you aware that the "featured member" changes every time you refresh the page?? I've just seen three of them...none of them me!! http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/kfrown.gif

I have no idea why it's changing with each refresh. Do y'all have any idea when it started doing this? I've tried a few things, none of which worked, so I've gone to the experts.
