My sweet angel

One of my furbabies went to Rainbow bridge this morning.:tears: Angel, she was a lhasa apso/pekingese mix. We have had her for 10 yrs and she was the sweetest baby. That is why we named her angel she was just that. Now she is a true:angel: I already miss her so much. I found her this morning when I got back home from taking my girls to school. My dear sweet hubby made her a small casket to put her in. He cried the the entire time he was putting it together. He said he just couldn't bury her and not put her in something to keep her safe and warm.

About 3 yrs ago angel had pups and we kept one of them. Her name is Peanut (she was the runt) her and angel were so very close. She is going to miss her mommy so. While I was holding Angel this morning peanut came over to me and sniffed her mom. She had tears in her eyes. She is so sad she won't do anything but lay around. I am going to have to keep a close eye on her. I don't want her to grieve herself to death. I just couldn't handle loosing both of them.

This is her with her babies this was 3 yrs ago. I had her spayed after that. I never intended on her ever having pups. (I guess accidents do happen.) But now I am glad she did. I still have a piece of her by having peanut.
