I tried doing this a few times, it's so quick, easy clean up and super tasty. Also has to be low-cal, low-fat I would assume since it involves nothing. Only done it with cod, may try salmon. I do fish at least once a week and during the winter I just get the fishy smell out of my house when I am stinking it up again. I normally am into marinades, but ran outof time one night and threw this together. Now it's THE WAY my husband wants his cod - big deal coming from someone who grew up on the stuff in NewFoundland.

So.... take tin foil (heavy duty is best or double it up), spray with butter flavored pam. Sprinkle with Adobo or Goya Sazon. Seal it in real well to make a packet. Grill on a hot, preheated grill with cover down. I did about 4 - 5 minutes per side, but the last time I did this I left it on real long and it didn't burn or anything. So simple, yet super tasty.

Sounds yummy!! :essen_15: :facelick: :eating:

I dont have a grill, so I wonder how it would do in the oven?

I would guess 350-400 for 10-15 minutes in the oven - check after 10 -- fish cooks pretty quickly, especially wrapped in foil (it kind of steams).

You could try putting rosemary on it and then on the grill. I also use a lot of Blackenfish and do Lemon Pepper.
