new to board and...

[Timber]

I'm new to this board but I think I like it. I don't have a dachshund yet,but I recently went to a breeder and picked out the pup that was to be mine. Timber [his name] is a miniature smmoth black and tan doxie. He was born June 7, 2000. I met him when he was 10 days old! He comes home July 28, 2000. I can't wait to get him because he is my first doxie and first dog!

Congrats on your puppy. I have 2 mini male dapples, Frankie and Oscar. I got to choose them when they were 1 week old. It was a LONG wait until they were ready to come home. We'll be counting the days with you!
