REMEMBER ME!!!

Hi there! I dont know if any of you remember me, but for those who do, long time, no write!!!

What a long story. As you may remember I used to live in Houston TX. I decided to move back to my old state of NJ (believe it or not) so I packed up my VW Beetle with me and my dachsie Mickey and drove back to NJ. That was about 6 months ago!

Well, I only just moved into my own apartment about 15 days ago!!! IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIND A PLACE THAT ALLOWS DOGS!

I have alot to tell you all, but have to run. It also took me a little while to find this board again.

Mickey is doing well and I have 100 stories / questions to ask!

Nice to see you all again and Hi to all those I dont know.

PS: I have a mini-dachsie named Mickey who is Black and Tan and 1 year 2 months old!

Well, first of all, Mickey didnt take to well to all the traveling... He didnt eat much if at all. Then I had to stay at my parents who were packing themselves... They retired to San Diego. Then my company put me in corp. housing for 1 1/2 months, then I was in my cousins basement... For the rest of the time....

Mickey and I were unhappy campers being cooped up in the basement. He wasnt allowed upstairs... <IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm31.gif" border=0>

Well, I have tons of questions and comments. Happy Thanksgiving to all by the way! Mickey goes nuts with earthworms! Anyone else? He rolls on them, tries to pull them out of the ground etc... WEIRD!

Buries his treats in his bed (which he thinks is the couch now)... He does tons of wacky other stuff...

The worst thing since I last talked to you was my trip to the Emergency Vet when I though Mickey broke his leg. He is double jointed in his front paws apparently. The vets thought he broke his leg also, but they did xrays and found he was bleeding in his front left leg and gave him anti inflammatories and sent him home. I was releived to say the least.
