I buy mine at the vet's. It's called VET Aloe and Oatmeal Shampoo. It's wonderful for being gentle and non-irritating to the skin. It's also soothing for any itchy patches.

We don't bathe Chief often...but when we do we use Allergroom. Here's a link to it..there are many places that sell it.

Shampooing won't really help with a dry coat. What are you feeding her? Have you considered adding Salmon oil to her food? It is great for shiny coats.

How often are you bathing? That sometimes can also cause dry skin a little bit. I only bathe Ally when needed....usually only once a month if that. Baby shampoo is pretty gentle.
I agree with Katja about supplementing Graci's diet or trying a better quality food...that can also help with dry coat and skin.

My guys get canned sardines, packed in water, for their coats, and it seems to help quite a bit. I give them each 1/2 can (with the water) twice a week with their food. They LOVE it! I also mix a can of sardines with a quart of water once a week and pour a bowlful of "sardine water" in their dish after our walk; Lexie seldom drinks water, but she LOVES her sardine water after a walk! She had problems with crystals in her urine at one time, and the sardine water has solved the hydration problem. (I also add extra water to her kibble at meals.)
