Hello - my name's Julie and I live in Melbourne Australia, and have a very active 17 week old long-haired black and tan dachsie named Darcy. He is our third dachsie, and the most active, headstrong and sociable of them all. He really keeps us on our toes (particularly keeping away from those very sharp teeth)! I've found a lot of interesting information on this Board, and check it regularly.

Welcome, Julie and Darcy! I live with Annie, a 3-year-old mini long-hair. We know about those teeth--it was very difficult for my husband to explain that the inch-long cut on his nose had come from a 3-pound dachshund puppy!
