So, what about the dog limit issue in your town? Did it not pass? How can you bring in another dog, even for foster? I was under the impression you'd have to give wittle down your pack as it is. Did your township not adopt the ordiance?

The key to getting around dog limits is to 1) keep them very quiet, 2) suck up to your neighbors, 3) never let more than the legal limit of dogs out in the yard at the same time, preferably in the same combination of colors, and 4) privacy fence. Unless someone complains, you don't get caught. Always have a back up plan, ie someone to take extra dogs for a few days until you can sneak them back in under the cover of darkness.<IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm26.gif" border=0>
