I don't know anything about putting together a website but I managed to do a simple one tonight. I want to add more pictures when I get them on a cd. For now I just wanted to tell Copper's story.

What a beautiful tribute to Copper. It made me cry - so I can only imagine how broken-hearted you are.

I'm lighting a :candle: for Copper and I  that your heart will heal in time.

:sorry: Lovely tribute to your boy Copper. Here I am again tearing up over the loss of your beautiful boy.... he's beautiful & his story REALLY hit home with me.
I am so very lucky to still have my boy, Scooter, who is 5 yrs old & injured his lumbar back area jumping from my bed in Feb. 06.

Please get another doxie when you feel the time is right! You are such a good doxie mom.

Hope that you are feeling better soon :hug2: :hug2: :hug2:

What a lovely tribute. I know Copper is smiling down from the Bridge, where he is happy and healthy and running with his new friends.

I can feel the sadness in your words--I've gone through several tissues. We dachshund lovers can completely understand how you feel--you just love them so much, they bring such happiness. I'm sure if you could do it all over again, you would have Copper in your life, even knowing how you'd feel today. He was a lucky boy to be so loved-to the very end--take comfort in that.

It must have been difficult to put into words, all of your heartfelt feelings for your darling boy, and at the same time, cathartic too. What a beautiful and wonderful little man he was. Your words, made me feel as if I knew him. He will always be missed and forever loved, and held near within your heart. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for telling your angel's story and sharing him with us.

Awww, that was the first time I saw pictures of Copper. He truly was so beautiful! I love how pure his coloring was, such a pretty red boy. You did a very nice job on the website. He sounds like he was a very good friend and you were to him too :)

It is a wonderful tribute to Copper. He was clearly a very special boy with two moms! I know that he runs free at the bridge now.

I really do still miss Copper even though I have my hands full with Oscar right now. I can't believe this upcoming Saturday will be a month that Copper has been gone. It doesn't seem real. I wish I had more pictures of him to post. He was my buddy.
