This is the first time I have made a post and I'm very pleased to be able to talk with others who love Dachshunds...My babies are Tony and Abbie, both 1 year old...I was going to breed them, but Abbie turned out to be a toy(only 6 lbs.), so I had her spayed for her own protection...Tony is 12 lbs. very sweet and loving..Abbie is loving also but aggressive at times, especially about her toys(she doesn't like to share). Both give me hours of joy watching them play..I find it difficult to find sweaters for them because of their shape..Any suggestions?

You'll find many, many posts dating back for over a year about agression in the Temperament forum. Or just go there and start a new topic with more specifics.

Some of the members here have had great success in using "warmups", socks or the like for making Dachsie coats. http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/biggrin.gif Give it a try!

Hi again,

First you need to put the photo on a site. There a plenty of free sites (like photopoint.com) that lets you upload the picture from your drive to the site. Then click on the picture once to make it larger, click it again which takes it to a web page where it's the only thing there. Then in your post type (exactly) paste your http address in here (no spaces), and voila it should appear in your post. http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/smile.gif
