I promised an update, so here it is. Hooray for Otis! and thank you one and all. Otis has every nail on his front frito paws trimmed. The soft muzzle worked wonders. It mellows him out. He still struggles a bit and my son has to help hold him, but I was able to do the front in two sessions. We then give him a treat and praise him to no end. Today we begin the back. I probably didn't cut them as close as they could be, but I want to be CAREFUL and we are making progress! Thanks again everyone! I now have a dachsie, instead of a little wolverine.
