Allrighty well I got Chance one of the puppy Kongs and I just wanted to see if anyone had any healthy recipes, especially ones involving the freezer (for his teething, I was thinking maybe yogurt?). Thanks guys!

i use low fat peanut butter, yogurt and Low Fat cottage cheese i layer it and sometimes put apple pieces in between. You can also put small pieces of puppy food in between the layers.

Brooke, Yogurt works well because it freezes very hard and takes a while to thaw out. I add a little peanut butter and banana to the yogurt sometimes too.

www.kongcompany.com has recipes on their site but you can just about use anything.
Here are a few more ideas:

Those cans of commercial "Kong Filling" are SO expensive. Otis received one as a gift and of course, loved it but too expensive for this household. I use lowfat PB, lowfat yogurt, baby food (meat, fruits) I like to mix little treats like dried apples (for baby) or cut up one of his treats and put it in before freezing. He loves his Kong! I will also check out the recipe page. Thanks!
