My neighbors just got back from the beach and brought us a ton of fresh Tuna. They caught three 85+ lb tunas! We usually just marinate it in italian dressing but my hubby wants more than one option.

2 tbsp of dark sesame oil
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of liquid honey
Marinade for 30 to 60 minutes in the fridge. Bake on a lightly greased pan at 450. This is good for two tuna steaks.
or
2 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of ground ginger
Steam for 10 minutes. Good for two steaks.

I have an idea... send some down here! I haven't had a good tuna steak since I was in CHicago a few years ago :) (Thank god work paid the lunch tab on that trip :D)
I think they did some type of breading around the outside of the steak and left the tuna pretty normal. Was REALY good ;)

1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
couple spashes red wine vinegar
couple spashes worcestershire
4-5 cloves garlice chopped
1 tsp. (or more if you wish) Paprika
marinade in the AM, grill in the PM.
Also fantastic is:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
spalshes of balsamic
fresh rosemary, crushed
