I know, he's only been gone for 3 days, but I really miss the little guy, so I emailed his new mom to see how he is fitting in and here is her reply.
(Mozart is their lab/husky mix)
Oscar is doing really well. He sleeps with us in our room, and won't
except anything but sleeping on our bed. Mozart loves it because he gets to
sleep in our room now, too. Oscar loves to bark at the cat and at Mozart
frequently to keep them under control, and he doesn't like it when they
are out of his sight. He follows me around the house and cries when I go somewhere he is not allowed. He does not like me or my husband to be out of his sight for long.
He does very well with the baby and hasn't been the least bit cranky
with him. He is a very good watchdog. We had a friend come over and I was
upstairs and Oscar wouldn't let our friend take a step until I was downstairs
with him. We call him our early warning system because when he barks Mozart goes to check out what he is barking at. It is very funny.
Oscar is becoming a big part of our family already and has made his
place in our hearts. Thank you so much for introducing us. We will keep in
touch and let you know his progress. I can truly understand why you miss
him. He is such a sweet dog.
And here he is with his new family - in case you missed the pic in the other thread.

And I did tell them about the DBB, so I'm hoping they will join us so everyone can be updated on Oscar.
