Penney Nov 1991 - Aug 2006

Penney joined our family almost fifteen years ago in Fulda, Germany. On August 23, 2006 my husband (Penney's daddy) and I (Penney's mommy) had to say good_bye to our baby girl. Penney started to have severe seizures and strokes. By the time I rushed her to the vet's office on Wed her lungs were full of fluid and she died in my arms by having another stroke. I cried so hard I had to tell myself to breathe. She was just three months from being fifteen but just as playful as a five year old. Toward the end, due to all the seizures and strokes, she became cenial and started walking into the walls. The doctor also believed she might have had a tumor. We took xrays on Monday and her heart was so inlarged her rib cage was overlapping. We knew this day was coming, just didn't want to admit it. The pain is overwhelming and I know one day it will subside. Please light a candle for Penney for I know she is happy with no pain right now and is playing with her cousin who just passed away July 4, Thunder. Penney will always be apart of us. I promised her I would put a stocking up this x-mas and put her favorite toy in it....and I will. Chase all the moose you want up in heaven honey! We love and miss you Penney!! :0211:

Oh, I am so sorry to hear this. Thank you for sharing the beautiful photos of Penny. She is honestly one of the prettiest I have seen. Her markings are absolutely beautiful and so unique.
